Bayside Health is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to lead a Centre of Excellence, developing and evaluating enterprise-wide DEI strategies that deliver an inclusive, secure and respectful workplace across the health service.
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will guide a specialised team, design DEI programs, integrate DEI into projects and governance structures, and oversee metrics, data collection and reporting.
