We are looking for female support workers to assist a participant in the Ballarat Region
Key responsibilities
Provide support to a Female Participant
Must have experience with Complex mental Health issues
Must be experienced with MS
Support the participant in and out of her wheelchair so manual handling is mandatory
Manual Handing required
Provide a calm approach to challenging situations with the participant
Support the participant with key Behaviour Strategies
Support the participant in feeling confident
Work as part of a team
Record adequate goal-oriented shift notes
Liaise with the team leader to ensure the care of the participant is goal-oriented and meets the key elements of the support plan.
About you
2+years Experience is essential, with specific experience required for SIL High Intensity Participants
