We are looking for a
Part-Time Enrolled Nurse
who is passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our wonderful facility in Tenterfield, NSW. You must bededicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. What you will do n
n
Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care team
n
Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensuring care plan compliance throughout the shift
n
Advising and allocating care staff
n
Recognition and escalation of the deteriorating resident
n
Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
n
Providing ADL care to residents
n
Maintain documentation as per organisational standards
n
What you will bring n
n
Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory
n
One-year of experience as a enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (recent entrants will be considered)
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
n
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
n
