Melbourne | 3–6 Month Contract
n An exciting chance for an experienced Architect with strong ArchiCAD skills to join a residential project on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend to 6 months for the right person.
n
The Role
n You'll work autonomously under the oversight of the Principal, taking ownership of an existing residential project where the DA and TP have already been completed.
n Your role will involve:
n
n
Making required design changes to the existing project.
n
Amending the TP and associated planning documentation.
n
Redocumenting the project in ArchiCAD.
n
Coordinating with consultants as required.
n




Attending approximately one client meeting per week and managing client communication professionally.
n
n
This is primarily a
planning/documentation
-focused role, with no construction documentation required.
n
About You
n We're looking for an Architect who:
n
n
Experienced project architect with 5+years experience
n
Has strong ArchiCAD experience.
n
Has experience working across residential projects.
n
Can work independently and take ownership of their workload.
n
Is confident dealing directly with clients and consultants.
n
Has strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
n
Can work effectively with minimal supervision while taking direction from the Principal.
