About the Position

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.
n
Responsibilities will include:
n

Manage Display home sales team
n
Setting KPIs and sales targets
n
Overseeing marketing objectives and strategies
n
Recruitment, selection and hiring for sales and operations teams
n
Oversee drafting and estimating,



approving sales pricing and sign off quotes
n
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
n
Manage display home program and Developer relationships
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
3 years + Sales Management experience
n
Experience in the volume home building industry
n
Robust leadership , high problem solving and decision making skills
n
Analytical, detail orientated, pro active and results driven
n
