Our client is seeking reliable and safety Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join the manufacturing team based in Preston. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in production or manufacturing who is comfortable working with chemicals
n
Day to Day Responsibilities:
n
n
Batch preparation, mixing and blending of products
n
Forklift operation - high reach: Move stock around the warehouse as required
n
Updating batch records and documentation
n
Operating and monitoring mixing and batching equipment
n
Handling and measuring chemicals in line with safety procedures
n
General cleaning and housekeeping of production and mixing areas
n




Completing basic quality checks and production documentation
n
n
About you:
n
n
Previous experience in batching, mixing, or machine operator in a manufacturing environment
n
Comfortable working with chemicals and following strict safety guideline
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and instructions
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
n
Current (LF) Forklift license - Experience operating High reach Must have own reliable car and license
n
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English, with positive written and verbal communication skills.
n
