About the Position
n
We are seeking a passionate, qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have strong cooking and food preparation skills and be able to work efficiently in a busy commercial kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
n
Prepare meals for regular customers and catering orders, including Biryani.
n
Carry out food preparation, including cutting, portioning, marinating and seasoning ingredients.
n
Monitor food quality, portion sizes and presentation.
n
Ensure all food is prepared, stored and handled in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory management and ordering.
n
Train,



supervise and support kitchen staff as required.
n
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.
n
Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) and food safety procedures.
n
Minimise food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
n

Requirements
n

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant chef experience.
n
Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
n
Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
n
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Robust teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
