Located at Shop 86, Smithfield Shopping Centre, Smithfield QLD ****, Samba Bowl is a self-serve premium açaí and frozen yogurt business currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join their team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Ensuring customers receive prompt service and quality products
n
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints regarding products and services
n
Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
n
Assisting with interviewing, training, supervising, evaluating, and supporting staff performance
n
Instructing staff on customer service procedures and handling complex customer enquiries
n
Managing customer returns and determining appropriate action in accordance with company procedures
n
Monitoring stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and ordering products and supplies
n
Ensuring products are correctly priced, displayed, and presented
n




Supervising the day-to-day operation of the store to ensure productive customer service
n
Ensuring workplace health, safety, security, and hygiene procedures are implemented and maintained
n
n
About You
n
n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Retail Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Experience supervising, training, and motivating staff in a fast-paced retail environment
n
Good organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to resolve customer enquiries and complaints
professionallyExperience
with stock control and inventory management
n
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, and hygiene requirements
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
n
n
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
