We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a
Diecutting Operator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone keen to progress and build a long term career in manufacturing with a company that values its people and promotes from within.
What you will be doing
As a Diecutting operator, you will operate a fleet of diecutters used in the production of folding cartons. You will work alongside experienced team members and receive hands‐on support from management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Setting up machines for production runs
Conducting Quality Checks on products for accuracy and consistency
Troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation




Reporting any issues or deviations from job specifications to supervisors
Participating in routine cleaning and basic machine Maintenance
Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitoring the quality of finished products to ensure high standards.
