An exciting opportunity has opened to join an established furniture retailer with a strong focus on sales, customer experience and high performance.
We're searching for an experienced Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a target-driven environment and knows how to turn great customer interactions into strong sales results.
Working across the Campbelltown and Penrith locations, you'll play a key role in supporting a small, high-performing team while helping drive individual and store-wide performance.
The Opportunity
Drive sales performance across both Campbelltown and Penrith locations
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a personalised, consultative sales experience
Lead from the floor and set the standard for customer service and sales performance
Coach and motivate a small team to achieve individual and store targetsMonitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales results
Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and team performance
Maintain solid showroom presentation and customer experience standards
Work across both locations, typically spending 2–3 days at each store
Contribute to a high-performing and accountable sales culture
About You




Previous Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, 2IC or senior sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Strong customer approach with the ability to build rapport and confidently close sales
Commercially minded and motivated by performance
Confident coaching and developing a small team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Hands‐on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Flexible to work across both Campbelltown and Penrith
Available to work both weekend days

$65,000 + Super
