About the role
n
Reporting to the People Capability Manager, you'll work closely with managers and employees to provide practical, people-focused HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and compliance. This will commence as a fixed term part-time role until 30 June **** with chance for a permanent position.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Help make recruitment happen, from advertising through to onboarding.
n
Help develop and improve People Capability policies, processes, registers and systems.
n
Provide practical, people-focused people capability advice.
n
Support performance, learning and development activities.
n
Keep employee records accurate, confidential and compliant.
n
Assist with Workers Compensation and injury management processes.
n
Help keep us on top of our people capability compliance and reporting.
n
Build great relationships across the organisation and contribute to a positive employee experience.

About you
n
n
Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources.
n
At least 3 years' experience working as a HR generalist across a broad range of people capability functions.




n
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and awards.
n
SCHADS Award knowledge highly advantageous.
n
Experience working in the NDIS or NFP sector is highly regarded.
n
Organised, approachable and people-focused, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting, are essential.
n
Experience using LMS and Salesforce or similar systems.
n
3 days per week – 22.8 hours with flexible schedule across Monday to Friday.
n
1 day working from home each week.
n
SCHADS Level 4.1 – $***** per hour + superannuation.
n
