Approximately 3 weeks per month in Brisbane / 1 week in regional Queensland

The role
Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll provide practical and commercially considered HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include employee relations, performance and behavioural matters, recruitment and onboarding, HR policies and procedures, workplace issues, performance management and supporting leaders to build their people capability.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects and initiatives, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of the organisation's people practices.
About you
You'll ideally have around 2–4 years' experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar role, together with a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
More importantly, you'll be someone who is confident enough to have conversations with leaders, practical in your approach and keen to continue developing.
You'll be comfortable with the occasional complexity that comes with employee relations and performance matters, but equally enjoy the relationship-building, coaching and proactive side of HR.
This isn't about finding someone who has already done everything.
It's about finding someone who's ready for the opportunity to do more.
