Job Description
Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries.

The role is primarily office-based in Dandenong, with the opportunity to work from home once you are established in the position.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
n
Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Processing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance
n
Processing superannuation and payroll reporting
n
Managing payroll through Employment Hero
n
Assisting with BAS preparation
n
Coding transactions and interpreting Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
n
Liaising directly with clients and handling bookkeeping queries
n
Assisting with month-end bookkeeping processes
n
n
About you:
n
looking for a confident and experienced Bookkeeper who enjoys working with clients and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within an accounting or bookkeeping practice
n
Strong Employment Hero Payroll experience – essential
n
QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
n
Experience with Xero and MYOB
n
Strong payroll knowledge, including awards, superannuation and STP
n
Excellent reconciliation skills
n




Strong communication and client service skills
n
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple clients
n
