Frankston Discount Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, motivated and reliable Pharmacist to join our team.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions
n
Provide medication counselling and professional patient care
n
Support aged care and dose administration aid services
n
Perform final checks of Webster packs and sachet medications
n
Assist with vaccinations and other pharmacy professional services
n
Manage Schedule 8 and high-risk medicines appropriately
n
Liaise with doctors, nurses, aged care facilities and other healthcare professionals
n
Support dispensary workflow, stock management and daily pharmacy operations
n
Supervise and support pharmacy assistants and dispensary technicians
n
Maintain high standards of privacy,



compliance and patient safety
n

About you
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Reliable, organised and able to work well in a busy environment
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
Experience in community pharmacy, aged care pharmacy and cannabis medications is highly regarded
n
Supportive team environment
