With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Installer / Carpenter to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship, can confidently read plans and measurements, and enjoys seeing a quality installation come together from start to finish.

About the Role
n
Working across a variety of sites throughout Melbourne, you will be responsible for installing premium gates, fencing and associated systems while ensuring each project is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Install premium aluminium gates, fencing and associated systems
n
Install gate automation equipment where required
n
Read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings and measurements
n
Complete installations accurately and efficiently
n
Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
n
Troubleshoot installation issues and identify practical solutions on site
n
Ensure projects are completed within required timeframes
n




Maintain clean, organised and safe worksites
n
Work closely with the wider team to deliver a high-quality finished product
n

What We're Looking For

Current White Card
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings
n
Strong practical and problem‐solving skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‐on installation role
n
Commitment to protected work practices and quality workmanship
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Carpentry or trade background
n
Previous experience installing gates, fencing or similar products
n
Experience with gate automation systems
n
Welding experience
n
Excavator, forklift or other relevant machinery tickets
n
