Key responsibilities
Keep car parks, driveways and outdoor areas clean and tidy
Remove rubbish and maintain waste areas
Pressure wash and clean outdoor surfaces
Change light bulbs and carry out basic maintenance tasks
Clean and maintain air-conditioning units and filters
Replace tap washers and carry out minor plumbing maintenance
Assist with general maintenance, painting and repairs
Check and report maintenance issues
Maintain tools, equipment and storage areas
Assist with receiving, storing and distributing linen
About you
Reliable, practical, physically capable, safety-conscious and able to work independently
Follow workplace health and safety and responsible service requirements
