We're hiring Disability Support Workers right now across Gladstone and surrounds. Choose flexible shifts that suit your lifestyle — mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and overnights — with permanent & casual opportunities.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and everyday support including:
Personal care, meal prep and medication support
Social and community inclusion activities
Transport and assistance with daily living
Group programs
Supported Independent Living (SIL) support
You'll be backed 24/7 by our clinical and rostering team, with full training and induction provided.
We're looking for experienced people who are values-driven, reliable and passionate about empowering people with disability to reach their goals.
Must have (before starting):
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card
First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
100 points of ID
Qualifications:
Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent) is highly regarded but not essential — commitment, compassion and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Experience with manual handling, hoisting, mental health and complex behaviours is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Plus penalty rates, shift allowances, and casual loading where applicable
