The Project is an iron-oxide copper-gold resource featuring multiple open pits and is poised to become the largest greenfield copper mine in Queensland.

Reporting to the Civil Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and supervising daily operational activities while promoting a safe, productive, and high-performing work setting.
As the Civil Supervisor, you will:
Lead and direct the day-to-day activities of the workforce to achieve operational and production targets
Ensure all work is undertaken in strict accordance with project and contract Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plans, statutory requirements, company policies, and industry quality standards
Effectively manage the procurement and allocation of plant, equipment, materials, and resources to support operational requirements
Verify that personnel are appropriately trained, competent, and authorised to perform allocated tasks, ensuring additional training or reassignment is undertaken where required
Conduct and facilitate risk assessments, including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), prior to the commencement of work and review them regularly for ongoing activities
Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
Previous crushing operations experience (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of plant and equipment operational best practices,



with a focus on achieving production targets safely and efficiently
Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate activities and resources
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Construction Industry White Card
