Senior Financial Adviser
with Wholesale Advice experience to join its growing investment advisory team.
This is a senior opportunity for an Adviser who enjoys working closely with high-value clients, providing strategic and sophisticated advice, and playing an active role in the continued growth and development of a successful business.
The Role
As a Senior Adviser, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of UHNW Wholesale clients while contributing to the broader growth and profile of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing, retaining and developing long-term client relationships
Delivering strategic, tailored and high-quality financial advice
Conducting comprehensive client reviews and strategic planning meetings
Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and broaden service offerings
Contributing to revenue growth and funds under management
Building strong relationships across skilled and industry networks
Representing the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
Contributing to thought leadership through presentations, writing and other market-facing initiatives
Working collaboratively with investment specialists to develop integrated investment solutions
Collaborating with specialist teams to deliver multidisciplinary advice where required
Supporting client events and other business development initiatives
Mentoring and developing Associates and other members of the advisory team
Contributing to a strong, collaborative and high-performing team culture
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new team members where required
Maintaining the highest standards of client privacy, compliance and professional conduct
About You
We are looking for an experienced Adviser who combines strong technical capability with excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Ideally, you will have:
5+ years experience as a Financial / Investment Adviser
Must have experience working with UHNW and wholesale clients
Relevant professional qualifications such as
CFP, CFA or equivalent
A strong track record of managing and developing high-value client relationships
Demonstrated experience in business development and client acquisition
Strong knowledge of investment markets, portfolio construction, risk management and financial planning strategies
Experience using CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills
