Our Mackay team is growing and we're looking for a
motivated, reliable and customer-focused Site Facilitator
to join us. This is a
hands-on role
where no two days are the same. You'll be out on customer sites, managing inventory and vending solutions while building strong relationships with the people we support.

About the Role
Based out of our Mackay branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, this role works closely with our
ATOMic Services team, warehouse team, internal sales team and territory managers
to deliver outstanding service to our customers across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Replenishing vending machines and maintaining inventory levels across customer sites
Building strong relationships with site contacts to ensure service levels are consistently met
Assisting with the installation and commissioning of vending solutions on customer sites
Providing feedback and insights to Territory Managers regarding customer needs and inventory usage
Picking and packing stock to meet customer requirements




Maintaining safe work practices and high operational standards in line with ATOM's and clients' OH&S; policies
Providing excellent customer service and representing ATOM professionally on site
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
About You
You're someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems and working with people. You're organised, reliable and take pride in delivering great service.
You'll bring:
Experience in warehousing, inventory management or customer service roles
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
