Job Description
Endeavour Foundation is seeking an Inclusive Team Leader based at a Supported Hosted Site in Victoria Point.
You will lead a small team of four in a busy laundry, performing hands-on duties and mentoring staff.
The role is 4 days per week, Mon-Thu, from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a focus on safety, inclusion, and development.
You'll motivate and coach the team, promote opportunities for growth, and support production targets while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
