Bobs Barber Shops is looking for an experienced Barber with knowledge in traditional shaving and haircuts, who is confident using scissors, razors, clippers and more.
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant AQF Certificate III plus 2 years of work experience in the same or closely related, Relevant Certificate IV plus 12 months of work experience in the same or closely related position OR 3 years of relevant work experience in the same or closely related position in lieu of formal qualifications
Be confident and proficient in performing different style haircuts & beard shaping
Refined interpersonal skills to help develop our existing customer base and build strong client relationships, whilst welcoming new customers
Excellent attention to detail and precise execution of cuts
Strong communication skills, particularly experience working in a team productively
Strong work ethic and passionate about hairdressing
Time management skills and ability to juggle a busy schedule
