You will work with the Commercial Manager and project team to drive the commercial process from early stages through to completion.
The role focuses on high-end luxury townhouses, procurement of specialist packages, cost control, and client-facing collaboration with consultants and suppliers.
A robust track record in main contracting and super-prime schemes is preferred.
