If you understandNDIS referral and intake processes, have worked with NDIS participants throughhospital discharge and transition planning, and have genuine relationships with Hospital Liaison Officers, Social Workers, discharge teams and other referral partners, I'd love to speak with you.
This could be a great next step for an experienced Social Worker or NDIS/health qualified who loves building relationships and wants to move into a more commercially focused role.
