We are seeking a
Lead Pool Technician
to join a well-established, high-performing pool shop and service business in Mosman, Sydney.
This is a
hands-on technical leadership role
, suited to an experienced technician who can work independently, set standards on the road, and lead by example.
The Role
You will take ownership of the technical delivery of on-road services, including:
Installation, servicing, and repair of pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation)
Advanced fault-finding and diagnostics
Spa servicing and equipment work
Assessing equipment condition and recommending solutions
Handling complex or high-value jobs
Supporting and mentoring other technicians as required
Maintaining high professional and safety standards
About You
2+ years' experience
as a pool technician (Relative experience considered)




Strong background in pool equipment installations and repairs
Electrical disconnect/reconnect experience (licence not required)
Spa experience
Current driver's licence
Confident working independently with minimal supervision
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable being the "go-to" technician on technical matters
