About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Practice Enrolled Nurse to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. Working closely with GPs, nurses and support staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while ensuring safe, efficient clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with care planning, chronic disease management and health assessments.
n
Perform clinical procedures including wound care, vaccinations and health screening activities.
n
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
n
Collaborate with GPs and the broader healthcare team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
n
Promote preventative health initiatives and patient education.
n

About You
n




To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA.
n
Previous experience in general practice, primary care, community health or a similar clinical setting.
n
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
A proactive, team-oriented approach.
