The program includes ongoing website releases, ERP-related transformation and other digital initiatives. The Change Manager will lead the planning and delivery of change activities to support stakeholder engagement, adoption and successful transition to new systems, processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities across diverse stakeholder groups.
Prepare communications, engagement materials and change-related documentation.
Assess organisational readiness and identify barriers to adoption.
Develop and oversee learning, training and capability uplift plans.
Support managers and stakeholders through periods of organisational and technology change.
Identify change-related risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Coordinate change activities alongside BAU commitments and concurrent projects.
Support adoption of current technology, processes, operational practices and cultural changes.
Monitor stakeholder feedback,



system usage and operational performance to identify adoption challenges.
About You
You will ideally have:
Demonstrated experience supporting major
digital transformation
initiatives.
Proven experience developing and delivering change strategies and plans.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications and change readiness.
Experience developing learning and capability uplift strategies.
Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
The ability to coach managers and staff through organisational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Essential Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent practical experience in change management.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Advanced computer literacy, including experience with project management systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
