Active Electrical Distributors is seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Administrator / Co-Ordinator to join our Moorabbin branch.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role is suited to someone who thrives on communication, organisation and keeping projects moving.
n
You will play a key role & be highly involved in our projects department by liaising with key contractors and suppliers, coordinating quotations, and ensuring smooth and timely supply of materials to site.
n
This role is a critical part of our business & we welcome someone who is enthusiastic in maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high level of service to our customers.
n
Proven experience within the Electrical Wholesale Industry is a must.
n
Reporting to your Projects Manager your key responsibilities are:

Liaising daily with key contractors and suppliers
n
Prepare and follow up project quotations in a timely manner
n
Expedite orders and manage supply to ensure project deadlines are met
n
Coordinate purchase orders and supplier deliveries
n
Manage phone and email communication efficiently
n
Track project progress and provide updates to to Senior Management
n
Assist with pricing, sourcing and product selection
n
n
You will be a highly organised individual who is confident in working in a fast paced team environment. We require someone who is skilled & reliable, has the ability to multitask & has a can-do attitude.
