Job Description
NEXTDC in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide professional, first-contact support for customers and visitors within our facilities.
n
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will greet visitors, coordinate deliveries, answer calls, support events, run site inductions, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment. The role operates Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm, with opportunities for career development in a fast-growing technology company.
