In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of safe, reliable and customer-focused transport services through the effective management and administration of service contracts across regional and rural NSW.
You'll analyse performance, assess contract variations and provide timely advice and insights to support compliance, operational excellence and value for money outcomes.
Working closely with operators, service providers and key stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships, resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement across the transport network.
This role is based in Newcastle and is hybrid-friendly, with a minimum 50% workplace presence requirement. Some travel to other locations, including Parramatta, Wollongong and Sydney, will be required for team events, meetings with Operators and regional forums.
Your contract management and customer service experience will help deliver vital transport services across regional and rural NSW.




You're a confident communicator with sound judgement, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
You have experience in contract administration, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and working with contracts, reports, and business systems in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing service delivery or managed services contracts is highly desirable.
