Coles Supermarkets in Green Hills East Maitland, NSW is seeking a Delicatessen Manager to lead the deli department, ensuring an exceptionally presented store and an engaging shopping experience for customers, team members and the community.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll drive day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage rostering, stock rotation, waste and quality control, while upholding food safety and audit standards.
