We're looking for passionate Group Fitness Instructors to join our coaching team as we head into an exciting new chapter.

The Role

Deliver fun, challenging and high-quality group fitness sessions
n
Create an energetic and motivating environment for every member
n
Coach correct exercise technique and provide appropriate modifications
n
Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to our strong community
n
Motivate and encourage members of all fitness levels
n
Help create an exceptional member experience from the moment they walk through the door
n
Assist with gym/studio presentation and maintaining a clean, professional environment
n
Represent the Conditn brand and our coaching standards
n
Participate in team training,



meetings and professional development
n
Potentially assist with events, challenges, social media and community initiatives
n
n
What We're Looking For

Passionate about fitness and coaching
n
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morningd, evenings and weekends when needed
n
Energetic, positive and confident in front of a group
n
A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people
n
Comfortable coaching groups of different abilities
n
Motivated and reliable
n
Professional and well-presented
n
A team player who is willing to contribute beyond simply teaching a class
n
Someone who wants to build a career in the fitness industry, not just pick up a few classes
n

Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Fitness
n
Current First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
n
Group fitness/coaching experience preferred
n
Strong understanding of safe exercise technique
