We are seeking a reliable and motivated Building Maintenance Team Member to join the Building & Properties team on a temporary full-time basis to support operational requirements during a period of extended staff leave.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Building & Properties team, this position will undertake a range of building maintenance and construction-related activities across Council facilities and assets. The successful candidate will work a 38-hour week on a 9-day fortnight, based at Council depot locations.
n
The engagement is anticipated to run from Early September **** to Early December ****, although this may vary depending on operational requirements.

About You
n
To be successful, you will ideally be a qualified carpenter with experience in building maintenance, repairs,



and construction work. Candidates with strong labouring experience and a solid construction background are also encouraged to apply.

You will bring:

Experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related trade.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
