Your new role
n
In your new role as Workshop Controller at CMI Toyota Stepney, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Assigning and dispatching repair orders based on priority and completion time
n
Managing workflows using the workshop control board daily
n
Ensuring all vehicles are ready for delivery to the customer at the agreed time
n
Maintaining workshop efficiency by allocating work to suitably skilled Technicians
n
Delivering an exceptional experience for our customers
n
Leading by example and driving a positive workshop culture
n
n
Most importantly, you'll be working as part of a broader workshop team where quality, safety and teamwork matter.

About you
n
In this role, you'll bring:

Trade qualifications and experience as an Automotive Technician (Toyota preferred)
n
Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing workflows
n
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
n
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus on safety
n
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
n
