Job Description
We are seeking a Casual Night Supervisor/Gaming Attendant for the Royal Oak Richmond (VIC ****) specifically for night shifts. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe, compliant gaming environment for our patrons during late-night venue operations.

What You'll Be Doing (Night Shifts)
n
Regulation Compliance: Monitor gaming areas to ensure legal and policy compliance.
n
Customer Support: Assist patrons with machine operations and venue queries.
n
Late-Night Safety: Observe behavior to keep the environment secure and orderly.
n
Responsible Gaming: Active support of venue responsible gambling initiatives.
n
Cash Handling: Securely process transactions and manage cash procedures.
n
Venue Care: Keep the gaming floor clean and report machine faults to night management.
n




What We're Looking For
n
Availability: Must be available for consistent night and late-evening shifts.
n
Certifications: Valid RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and RSA certificates. RSG Module 1 must.
n
Experience: Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
n
Skills: Solid customer service, sharp observation, and honest cash handling.
