About the Role
n
As our Service Chef, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Planning and implementing a fresh, seasonal rotating menu
n
Preparing and serving safe, nutritious meals and snacks for children aged 0–6 years
n
Catering for allergies, intolerances,



dietary needs and cultural preferences
n
Maintaining strong food safety and hygiene practices in line with legislation
n
Completing kitchen cleaning schedules, temperature logs and safety checklists
n
Supporting child-inclusive cooking experiences and nutrition education where appropriate
n
Building positive relationships with families and the teaching team
n
n

Essential Requirements
n

Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
Current training in:n

Anaphylaxis
n
Allergy Management
n
First Aid
