The Opportunity
Reporting to the NSW Field Sales Manager, this field-based role is responsible for driving sales performance across the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney territory.
Working within a portfolio of retail supermarket customers, including Independent retailers, Coles and Woolworths, you will execute account and brand plans that grow market share, maximise ranging opportunities and deliver strong sales results.
You will develop strong customer relationships, execute category-focused initiatives and ensure our brands are prominently represented in store. Success in this role will come from your ability to identify opportunities, influence key decision-makers and consistently deliver against sales and distribution targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieve territory sales, distribution and market share targets
Grow brand presence and ranging opportunities across independent supermarkets and major retail customers
Secure promotional activity and discretionary display opportunities to maximise visibility and sales performance




Execute category-focused shelf layouts and merchandising initiatives in line with company standards
Maintain a well-planned call cycle and customer contact strategy across your territory
Build trusted relationships with store owners, managers and key customer stakeholders
Identify and act on sales opportunities to drive profitable growth
Maintain accurate reporting, territory planning and customer information
About You
You are a highly motivated sales professional who enjoys working autonomously, building strong customer relationships and delivering results. You bring energy, resilience and a strong commercial mindset, coupled with the drive to identify opportunities and convert them into outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:
Previous FMCG sales experience, ideally working with retail supermarket customers
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and distribution targets
Excellent planning, organisation and territory management capabilities
Commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities
Experience in merchandising, category management or retail execution activities is advantageous
A current and valid driver's licence
