We specialise in fast turnaround services andmaintenance to keep our clients' commercial facilities, corporate buildings and industrial sites fully operational.
n
We are
seeking amulti-skilled mobile Maintenance Technician
to carry out service requests inprofessional, commercial settings.
Immediate start
.
n
The role
n
40 hours per week
n
Monday - Friday (usual hours are 7:30am to 4pm).
n
Day to day duties include:
n
A variety of general maintenance duties including, but not limited to:
n
Minor Carpentry work
n
Minor patching and painting
n
Minor paving and concrete repairs
n
Lamp and tube replacement
n
Plumbing blockages, repairs and maintenance
n
Although our service area covers from the Moreton Bay region to the Gold Coast, the majority of sites you will attend will be in and around Brisbane's CBD.
n
Opportunities for overtime
n
Work vehicle (which can be used for your commute), iphone, uniforms and PPE supplied
n
Paid training as required
n
Full admin support
n
Required Skills & Experience:
n
A minimum of 1year general maintenance experience preferred
n
Professional conduct and appearance
n
Ability to communicate effectively and complete electronic forms
n
Availability to attend some after hours and weekend work (overtime is paid at applicable rates)
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
A willingness to learn current skills and to take on any task requested
n
Current white/blue card
n
