About the role
n
We are seeking experienced Cleaning Supervisors to join the MPS team. In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards are maintained while leading and supporting a team of cleaners. This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent client service.

You will work closely with both your cleaning team and the client to ensure service delivery meets expectations and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and support cleaning staff to maintain high service standards
n
Provide task instruction, coaching, and on-the-job training
n
Monitor attendance and ensure correct clock-in/out procedures
n
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits




n
Maintain site documentation including audits, incidents, training records, inductions, and risk assessments
n
Liaise with the client and maintain strong communication and professional relationships
n
Plan staff rosters and allocate cleaning resources effectively
n
Log monthly supplies orders
n
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and safe work practices
n
Investigate hazards or incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed
n
Oversee operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment, including specialist equipment such as ride-on machines, steam and pressure cleaners
n
Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced in accordance with maintenance schedules
n
