Office Assistant -Fluent English and Mandarin- School-hours flexibility welcome

Stronghold Engineers is seeking an organised, proactive Office Assistant to support our busy engineering team and help keep the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Handle incoming calls, emails and general client enquiries
n
Make outgoing calls to arrange site inspections and follow up with clients
n
Assist with invoicing, accounts and payment follow-ups
n
Prepare and issue fee proposals and certification documents to clients
n
Monitor engineers' job schedules and update clients on project progress
n
Manage and update the company website and social media
n
Provide general administrative support to management and the engineering team
n
Order and maintain office supplies
n
Maintain a professional, tidy office and meeting room
n
Other add-hocs and report to director assistant
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous experience in office administration or office management is highly recommended
n
Professional phone manner and email written skill
n
Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy setting
n
Strong computer skills and confidence using modern technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT
n
Experience with Xero is preferred
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
You must hold a valid visa to apply for this job
n
Engineering or construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
n
