Flooring Installer / Floor Layer (Other Trades Experience Welcome)
We are looking for a dedicated flooring Installer for permanent, full-time work across our commercial projects.
You are either an experienced floor layer or a tradesperson with general construction experience looking to transition into flooring.
This role offers job security, consistent hours, car, tools, and the chance to boost your take-home pay with available overtime.
Your Day-to-Day Duties:
Site Preparation:
Grinding, floor leveling, and hardboard installation.
Installation:
Laying vinyl sheet, vinyl plank, and carpet tiles.
Site Management:
Working with a clean, safe work environment.
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience:
Flooring experience is ideal but any trade background welcome.
Requirements:




A valid driver's license, and full working rights in Australia.
What We Offer:
Permanent Security:
P.A.Y.G. position with annual leave, sick leave, and Superannuation.
Earning Potential:
Base hourly rate with overtime hours available and paid at penalty rates.
Full time hours:
Full time hours, paid even if there are no projects.
Car:
A car allowance or car will be provided (including fuel and tolls)
Tools:
A tool allowance or tools will be provided.
Other
Required to hold or obtain:
White card and police check.
