Finance Assistant Role Overview
NC Associates are currently recruiting an experienced Fianance Assistantl for a successful and growing organisation based in Liverpool.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Finance experience who is confident managing high volumes of invoices, supplier accounts and payment runs. You'll join a supportive finance team and play a key role in assisting the team
Finance Assistant Responsibilities
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Managing supplier and customer accounts
Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
Processing payment runs
Allocating incoming payments
Raising invoices and credit notes
Assisting with credit control and outstanding debt
Resolving supplier and customer account queries
Supporting month-end processes
Preparing journals,



accruals and prepayments
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with ad-hoc finance and reporting duties
Finance Assistant Experience Required
Previous experience within a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar role
Valuable understanding of purchase and sales ledger
Experience with bank reconciliations
Confident using Excel and accounting systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
AAT qualification or study would be advantageous but is not essential
