Regen Planters is looking for a hands-on Planting Supervisor to run teams delivering large-scale planting projects on waterways, habitat and urban greening projects across Greater Melbourne and Geelong. You'll lead teams driving high productivity, solid site organisation, and >95% plant survival.
Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise planting teams on-site
Deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Coordinate planting programs, logistics, and plant deliveries
Train teams in high-speed planting techniques (spades)
Track planting rates and drive productivity
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
About you
Experience in large-scale planting, landscaping, or restoration
Strong leadership and ability to run teams
Skilled with planting tools, highly organised, practical, and reliable
Physically fit and safety-focused




Positive can-do attitude same as the teams you will lead
Required: White Card, relevant qualification or experience, driver's licence
Bonus: Chemical Users Cert, First Aid
