Electrician
to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable electrical services company based in Grafton, NSW. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to our diverse client base. This position is essential to our operations and offers the chance to work across varied sites and industries whilst contributing to the continued success and reputation of our business.
What you'll be doing
Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial and industrial settings
Reading and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints and technical drawings
Testing electrical systems and components to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations
Troubleshooting electrical faults and diagnosing problems efficiently
Performing routine maintenance on electrical installations and systems
Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes, standards and safety regulations
Communicating effectively with clients regarding project requirements and timelines
Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used
Operating electrical tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Collaborating with other team members and trades professionals on site
What we're looking for
A current, valid electrical licence appropriate to the work being undertaken
Proven experience working as a qualified Electrician in the trades industry
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and installation practices




Competency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation
A solid understanding of electrical safety standards, codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
A valid driver's licence and Construction Industry White card
A commitment to workplace health and safety
Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development and training
