The Role

We're looking for a trade-qualified Carpenter to join our framing team full-time. You'll be working on premium new builds across Sydney alongside experienced tradespeople, on architecturally designed homes where precision and craftsmanship matter.

Key Responsibilities
n

Structural timber framing on luxury residential new builds
n
Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
n
Working to tight tolerances and high finish standards
n
Collaborating with team members and site supervisors
n
Maintaining a protected, organised work environment
n




Mentoring apprentices where required
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in structural framing, residential preferred
n
Strong knowledge of timber framing methods and Australian building codes
n
Ability to read and work confidently from plans
n
White Card (General Construction Induction)
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
n
