The Reject Shop in Victoria is seeking a hands-on store leader to run your own retail outlet on the floor with a team of 10 to 15. You'll manage stock, service, standards and daily operations, leading by example rather than from an office.

If you love being on the floor and guiding a team, this role is for you. From AUD ***** base per hour (experience dependent), with penalty rates, overtime, a bonus opportunity and 17.5% leave loading, you'll have a transparent growth path as the business expands
