The Opportunity
n
We are looking for an enthusiastic full time 2IC to join our Highett team. This is a challenging role and will involve managing a busy front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting doctors and medical staff as well as general administration duties. The successful candidate will assist the Practice Manager with the day-to-day general operations of running a busy multi-disciplinary medical centre.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Customer service including welcoming patients into the Centre, collecting and entering patient details, answering telephone calls and enquiries, scheduling appointments when required, and Reception duties
n
Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
n
Opening and closing the Medical Centre
n
Fostering professional working relationships with team members,



patients and medical staff
n
Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
n
n
Our Ideal Candidate
n

To excel in this role, you'll possess:
n
Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role
n
Ability to work well under pressure
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous
n
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
n
Detail orientated
n
Initiative, ambition and ownership

High standard of presentation
