Job Description

As Recreation Officer, you will coordinate and deliver recreation programs and activities.
Key responsibilities n
n
You will help people in custody build skills and prepare for release.
n
coordinate varied sporting and recreation activities for people in custody.
n
provide clear coaching, instruction and training during recreation activities.
n
maintain protected recreation equipment and organise resources for activities.

A Certificate III in Fitness or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
n
Experience in supporting people who face barriers to participation is also important.
