Reporting directly to the Management Team, you will take ownership of the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Driving vehicle sales and consistently achieving monthly targets
n
Maximizing opportunities through upselling and finance introductions
n
Maximizing opportunities upselling extended warranties
n
Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle solutions
n
Ensuring all vehicles are presented to Autocity Motors' high standards
n
Proactively following up enquiries and building a strong pipeline
n
Working collaboratively within a small, results-driven team
n
Adhering to dealership processes while continuously improving performance

About You
n
You are a confident and results-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
n
You will bring:
n

Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
n
Strong knowledge of the used and/or new vehicle market
n
A demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
n
Excellent negotiation and closing ability
n
A proactive, self-driven attitude with a hunger to succeed
n
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
n
A customer-first approach with attention to detail
n
Professional presentation and solid work ethic
n
A current and valid driver's licence
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Availability to work on Saturdays is required
