What youu****ll be doing
Safely operating a skip/hook truck to transport and deliver skip bins to customer sites
Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and requests
Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in protected operating condition
Adhering to all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, pickups and any incidents
Assisting with general yard, recycling and maintenance duties as needed
What weu****re looking for
A current Heavy Rigid (HR) driveru****s licence
At least 2 yearsu**** experience operating a skip truck and/or hook truck or similar heavy vehicle
Experience operating sorting grab on excavator highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Flexibility to work a casual schedule during the week. There is no weekend or public holiday work except in emergencies.
